Precautions:

The flameproof joint surface should be coated with a thin layer of 204-1 to replace the anti-rust oil. When closing the lid, pay attention to whether the sealing ring is in the original position to seal

2. After opening the cover, check whether the flameproof joint is intact, whether the rubber sealing ring is hard or sticky, whether the wire insulation layer is green and carbonized, whether the insulating parts and electrical components are deformed and burnt. If these problems are found, they should be repaired and replaced in time.

3. If the light source is damaged, the light should be turned off in time and notified to replace it, so as to prevent the electrical components such as the ballast from being in an abnormal state for a long time because the light source cannot be started.

4. If there is water in the lamp cavity of the lamps used in the supermarket environment, it should be removed in time and the sealing parts should be replaced to ensure the protective performance of the shell.

5. When opening the lamp shade, follow the requirements of the warning signs and open the lamp shade after power failure.

6. The transparent parts with reduced output have been damaged by foreign objects, and the protective net has no loosening, desoldering, corrosion, etc. If so, it should be shut down for repair and replacement in time.

7. LED explosion-proof lamp, regularly remove dust and dirt on the shell of explosion-proof lamp, and improve the light efficiency and heat dissipation of the lamp. The cleaning method can be based on the protective ability of the lamp housing, using water spray (above the logo on the lamp) or wipe with a damp cloth. When the spray is clear, the power should be cut off. It is forbidden to wipe the plastic shell (transparent part) of the lamp with a dry cloth to prevent static electricity.

8. The sealed part of the lamp should not be disassembled and opened frequently.
