There are two types of explosion-proof emergency lights. One is an integrated emergency lighting light, which can be used as a normal working light when the power is turned on, and has an emergency function when the power is off.

The other is simply an emergency light, which is usually off. Both types of emergency can start the emergency lighting immediately when the main power is cut off and also can be controlled by an external switch.There are precautions for the installation of explosion-proof emergency lights.

Installation:

First, determine the installation location and method of the lamp according to the actual needs of the work site, and then prepare a three-core cable of Φ10～Φ14 mm of corresponding length according to the distance from the lamp to the power contact.

Wiring:

Loosen the screws of the upper cover and open the upper cover of the lamp.Loosen the compression nut of the lamp cable inlet, take out the blocking piece, and pass the power cable through the compression nut to the internal terminal of the lamp.Fix the cable connection, then tighten the cable compression nut, and then install the front cover of the lamp.

Replace the light source:

When replacing the LED and circuit board, open the front cover of the lamp, flip down the front cover and remove the reflector first. Then remove the LED assembly and circuit board. Replace the new LED assembly and circuit board, and install the front cover of the lamp .
