Before installing LED explosion-proof lights, please check the nameplate and product specifications: explosion-proof type, category, class and group. The protection level of the shell; the installation method and installation requirements of the fasteners, etc. The installation of explosion-proof lights should be firmly fixed, the fastening bolts should not be replaced at will, and the spring washers should be complete. The dust and water seals should be installed as they are. At the cable entry, the cable and gasket should fit tightly. The cross section of the cable should be round, and the surface of the sheath should not have defects such as unevenness. The excess wire inlet should be blocked according to the explosion-proof type, apply 201 to replace the anti-rust oil, and tighten the compression nut to seal the wire inlet. When the led explosion-proof light is in a place with strong vibration, use an anti-drop ring to prevent the light from falling off.

Precautions for LED explosion-proof lights

1. Regularly remove the dust and dirt accumulated on the shell of explosion-proof lamps to improve the lighting efficiency and heat dissipation performance of the lamps. Cleaning methods can be based on the protective ability of the lampshade, using a water spray (above the logo on the lampshade) or wiping with a damp cloth. When cleaning with water spray, the power supply should be cut off, and it is strictly forbidden to use a dry cloth to clean the plastic shell (transparent) of the lamp to prevent static electricity.

2. Check the transparent parts for signs of foreign object impact, and check whether the protective net is loose, desoldered, corroded, etc. If so, it should be stopped in time and repaired and replaced.

3. If the light source is damaged, turn off the light and notify the replacement in time, so as not to cause the ballast and other electrical components to be in an abnormal state for a long time due to the failure of the light source to start.

4. The accumulated water in the lamp cavity of the lamp used in the humid environment should be removed in time, and the sealing parts should be replaced to ensure the protection performance of the shell.

5. When opening the lampshade, according to the requirements of the warning sign, cut off the power and open the cover.

6. After opening the cover, check whether the surface of the flameproof joint is intact, whether the rubber seal is hardened or sticky, whether the wire insulation is green and carbonized, and whether the insulation and electrical parts have deformation and burning marks. If these problems are found, they should be repaired and replaced in time.

7. Before closing the lampshade, gently wipe the reflective and transparent parts of the lamp with a damp cloth (not too wet) to improve the lighting efficiency of the lamp. The flameproof joint surface should be coated with a thin layer of 204-1 instead of anti-rust oil. When closing the cover, attention should be paid to whether the sealing ring plays a sealing role in the original position.
