How to divide explosion-proof lamps

Time:2022-12-19 Views:0

Explosion proof lamps are a kind of lighting equipment with explosion-proof characteristics. The key ones are explosion-proof lamps, safety explosion-proof lamps, mobile explosion-proof lamps, etc. Explosion proof lamps are applicable to: petrochemical equipment, crude oil platform, gas station, oil pump room, transfer station and other flammable and explosive sites as lighting lamps; Combustible gas environment in Zone 1 and Zone 2; Flammable dust environment in Zone 21 and 22. classification:

1. See national industrial standards for explosion-proof type, grade and ambient temperature grade of explosion-proof lamps.

2. According to the explosion-proof type, it can be divided into five key types: increased safety type, flameproof type, positive pressure type, non sparking type and dust explosion-proof type. It can also be composed of other explosion-proof types and the above explosion-proof types, or mixed type and unique type.

3. It can be divided into Class I, II and III according to the protection form against electric shock. The protection against electric shock is to avoid electrification of parts easily touched by the explosion-proof lamp housing, which may lead to electric shock accidents or spark discharge caused by contact of conductors with different potentials and ignite combustible mixtures.

Class A I - On the basis of the basic insulating layer, the accessible conductive components that are not energized during normal operation are connected to the grounding protective conductor in the fixed fixed line.

Class B II - Two way insulation layer or reinforced insulation is used as the security guarantee measure, and there is no protective grounding.

Class C Ⅲ - The applied effective value shall not exceed 50V, and it is not easy to exceed this voltage value.

Class D0 - only the basic insulating layer is used as the safety guarantee measure.
