Therefore, incandescent lamps, high-pressure mercury lamps, and high-pressure sodium lamps, which are light sources with high surface temperature and can quickly open the cover, should pay attention to this point. When replacing a light bulb (tube), the explosion-proof joint surface of the explosion-proof lamp should be properly protected and not damaged; The explosion-proof surface after cleaning should be coated with phosphating paste or 204-1 anti rust oil, and other paints are strictly prohibited; There should be no rust layer on the explosion-proof surface. If there is slight rust, there should be no pitting after cleaning. The sealing ring used for dust and water prevention must be intact, which is very important for increased safety lamps. If the sealing ring is severely damaged, it should be replaced with a sealing ring of the same specification and material, and if necessary, the entire lamp should be replaced. Pay attention to the integrity of the lampshade during maintenance, and replace it immediately if there is any breakage.
