The user must be clear about what type of explosion-proof form to use and how many levels of protection to use, and the manufacturer should also ask clearly.

Secondly, LED explosion-proof lamp has certain waterproof function. When purchasing, users should judge whether the waterproof grade of LED explosion-proof lamps meets their needs according to actual needs. Generally speaking, the waterproof requirement of LED explosion-proof lamp is IP65-IP68.

Next, I will briefly introduce the meaning of the number of protection levels:

IP65 6 refers to no dust entering, and 5 refers to spraying water in all directions without harmful effects.

The front part 6 of IP66 indicates that there is no dust entering, and the rear part 6 indicates that there is no harmful effect when the shell is sprayed strongly in all directions.

IP67 6 means no dust entering, and 7 means water immersed under specified pressure. After a certain period of time, the water inflow of the casing will not reach a harmful level.

IP68 6 refers to no dust ingress, 8 refers to the conditions agreed by the manufacturer and the user (when the feature number is 7, it should be harsh). After continuous diving, the water inflow of the casing does not reach the harmful level.
