LED explosion-proof light is a kind of explosion-proof light. Its principle is the same as that of explosion-proof light, except that the light source is LED light source, which refers to various specific measures taken to prevent the ignition of surrounding explosive mixtures such as explosive gas environment, explosive dust environment, gas gas, etc. Measure light fixtures. LED explosion-proof lamps are currently the most energy-efficient explosion-proof lamps and are widely used in oil fields, power plants, chemical plants, oil, and troops.
1. Location selection
Circuits should be located where the risk of explosion is relatively low or away from sources of ignition.
2. Selection of laying method
Explosion-hazardous environment circuits are mainly explosion-proof steel pipe wiring and cable wiring.


3. Isolation and sealing
Circuits and protection pipes, cables or steel pipes should be tightly blocked with non-combustible materials when passing through partitions or slabs between different levels of explosion hazard areas.
4. Selection of wire material
Areas within explosion hazard hazard class 1 power distribution lines should use copper wire or cable. Stranded copper cable or stranded copper wire should be used in the case of severe vibration. Underground coal mines are not allowed to use aluminum core power cables.
Explosion Hazardous Atmosphere Hazard Class 2 Within this range, power lines should be made of aluminum wires or cables with a cross-sectional area of ​​4mm2 or more, and lighting lines should have a cross-sectional area of ​​2.5mm2. and above the aluminum core wire or cable.
5. Allowable carrying capacity
The section of the insulated wire and the section of the cable in Zone 1 and Zone 2 shall be selected, and the allowable carrying capacity of the conductor shall not be less than 1.25 times the rated current of the fuse and the set current of the long-time overcurrent release of the circuit breaker. The allowable current carrying capacity of the branch line of the low-voltage cage asynchronous motor should not be less than 1.25 times the rated current of the motor.
6. Connection of electrical lines
Intermediate connections between Zone 1 and Zone 2 circuits must be near explosion proof junction boxes or junction boxes that are compatible with hazardous environments. Zone 1 should use a fireproof junction box, and Zone 2 can be used to increase the type of junction box.
If the circuit of zone 2 chooses aluminum core cable or wire, it must be reliable to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the user.
Precautions
1. Regularly eliminate dust and dirt on the explosion-proof lamp housing to improve the luminous efficiency and heat dissipation performance of the bulb. The cleaning method can be water (shaded mark on the lamp) or wipe with a damp cloth, depending on the protective ability of the lamp housing. When spraying water, the power supply should be cut off, and it is strictly forbidden to clean the plastic case (transparent) with a dry cloth to prevent static electricity.
2. Check whether the traces of the transparent part are affected by foreign matter, whether the protective net is loose, desoldered, corroded, etc. If so, it should be stopped and replaced in time.
3. If the light source is damaged, the lamps and lanterns should be extinguished in time, and the replacement should be notified to prevent the light source from being unable to start to keep electrical components such as ballasts in an abnormal state for a long time.
4. It is used in the bulb cavity in a humid environment. If the moisture needs to be removed in time, please replace the seal to ensure the protective performance of the shell.
5. When opening the lampshade, press the warning board request, turn off the power and open the cover.
6. After opening the cover, it should be checked by the way that the surface of the fireproof joint is intact, the rubber seal is hardened or sticky, the wire insulation is green and carbonaceous, and the insulation and electrical parts are deformed and burnt marks. If these problems are found, they should be replaced in time.
7. In the case of applying a damp cloth (not too wet), apply the cover, luminous, lighting and transparent parts to improve the luminous efficiency of the lamp. A thin layer of 204-1 should be applied to the fireproof surface instead of anti-rust oil, and the seal should be covered with attention to whether the seal plays a sealing role in its original position.
8. Part of the bulb cannot be disassembled and frequently opened. Patent area road sealing technology; more in line with national explosion-proof new technology.
