1、 In order to strengthen the management of sending and receiving miner's lamps, the system of fixed person, fixed lamp and fixed closing lamp window must be implemented for the acquisition of miner's lamps. The miner's lamp key cannot be lent to others. If the miner's lamp key is lost, it must be reported to the lamp room immediately, and the miner's lamp lock must be replaced with money.

2、 The management method of the miner's lamp room is: "miner's lamp locking system". When the miner's lamp user goes down the well, he/she will go to the charging room to unlock and get it. The key will be kept by himself/herself. One lamp room will be kept for maintenance. Return the lamp at the window when leaving the well.

3、 When receiving the miner's lamp, you must queue up to receive it in turn. The miner's lamp must be used in a "three fixed" and "two paired" way. If the miner's lamp has a fault and cannot be repaired immediately, you can only receive a motorized lamp. The miner's lamp of the rescue team is not allowed to be issued to non rescue members.

4、 The system of "one person, one lamp" is implemented for all employees working in the well, and the method of borrowing miner's lamps from the charging room by the mine dispatching room for temporary use is adopted for temporary use of lamps or outsiders.

5、 Each employee who goes down the well shall check the brightness and appearance when taking out the lamp. If there is any unqualified lamp, the charger shall be notified immediately for repair or replacement. It is strictly forbidden to let the defective miner's lamp out of the machine room and go down the well.

6、 Before the miner's lamp is put on the shelf for charging, the charging worker shall check it and put it on the charging shelf after meeting the charging conditions. When putting it on the shelf, pay attention to the indication of the ammeter and leave after the ammeter is stable. If the pointer indication is abnormal, the operator on duty in the miner's lamp room shall be notified in time.

7、 It is strictly forbidden to take the miner's lamp home for lighting irrelevant to work, and a fine will be imposed for violation of regulations.

8、 The miner's lamp attendance shall be strictly carried out, and the accumulated attendance shall not be missed, otherwise, a fine shall be imposed. The miner's lamp received must be returned to the lamp room immediately after being taken out of the well. If the miner's lamp is not returned for more than 16 hours (going out under special circumstances), resulting in over discharge loss of the miner's lamp, compensation shall be made according to the current use price of the miner's lamp.

9、 The recovered miner's lamp shall be carefully cleaned and inspected, and shall not be missing or damaged, and the red lamp shall be registered.

10、 It is strictly forbidden for the personnel going down the well to dismantle the miner's lamp without permission. If they find that they dismantle the miner's lamp without permission, they will be punished as lost explosion.
