Specification and requirements for parameters of explosion-proof lamp battery box

1. If all internal surfaces of the explosion-proof lamp battery box and cover are metal, they should be covered with adhesive insulation layer.

2. The creepage distance between adjacent individual battery electrodes and between electrodes and batteries shall be at least 35mm. When the nominal voltage between adjacent individual batteries exceeds 24V, the creepage distance should be increased by at least 1mm for every 2V exceeding.

3. The fixing of the battery box cover should be able to avoid arbitrary opening or displacement.

4. Each cover should be equipped with fasteners that comply with the provisions of 9.1 in GB3836.1-2010.

5. The installation of individual batteries in the battery box should be able to prevent significant displacement during operation.

6. The liquid entering the battery box without drainage holes should be able to be discharged without removing the individual battery.

7. The battery box should be equipped with sufficient ventilation holes.
