Lighting fixtures should not be installed directly above the high-voltage and low-voltage distribution equipment and busbar in the substation. The height of outdoor installed lighting fixtures from the ground should not be less than 3 meters; When installed on the wall, the height from the ground should not be less than 2.5 meters.

4. When installing electrical lighting devices in brick and stone structures, embedded hooks, bolts, screws, expansion bolts, nylon plugs, or plastic plugs should be used for fixation; The use of wooden wedges is strictly prohibited. When there are no regulations in the design, the bearing capacity of the above fixed parts should match the weight of the electrical lighting device.

5. Installation requirements for explosion-proof lighting fixtures

When using steel pipes as suspension rods for lighting fixtures, the inner diameter of the steel pipes should not be less than 10mm; The thickness of the steel pipe wall should not be less than 1.5 millimeters.

The light wire of the hanging chain lamp should not be subjected to tension, and the light wire should be intertwined with the hanging chain.

Protective buckles should be installed at both ends of the flexible cord of the pendant lamp; The core wires at both ends should be coated with tin.

The centerline deviation of lamps installed in rows in the same room or place should not exceed 5mm.

Fluorescent lamps, high-pressure mercury lamps, and their accessories should be used together, and the installation position should be convenient for inspection and maintenance.

The fixing of lighting fixtures should be firm and reliable. The number of screws or bolts used for fixing each lamp should not be less than 2; When the diameter of the insulation table is 75 millimeters or less, one screw or bolt can be used to fix it.
