A reflector is a focusing device. The light bulb is positioned at the focal point of its reflecting surface, so that the reflected light is almost parallel. In this way, the full 22 lumens of light flux emitted by the bulb can be concentrated on the desired surface, increasing its illumination. Generally, the exposure surface at 1 meter away from the lamp is about 0.05 square meters. The bulb is screwed on the bulb holder and pressed on the bulb spring with the lamp surface. Once the bulb or the glass of the lamp surface is broken, the glass of the lamp surface will not be pressed against the bulb. The bulb will be lifted by the elastic force of the bulb holder, and the power will be off immediately to ensure safety. The lamp cap is equipped with a charging switch, charging does not need to open the cover, as long as the lamp cap charging hole into the charging rack plug, and then rotate clockwise 180 degrees, you can charge.
The cap hook is used to hang the headlamp on the cap bucket, remove the cap hook, you can check the charging switch and charge shock. The upper cover is composed of lock cover, cover assembly, cable, cable sleeve, cable fixing plate and other components. The cover assembly is connected to the lamp cap by a cable. The cable fixing plate is located in the cover assembly to fix the position of the cable. The two core ends of the cable are respectively used to connect the electrode card to the positive and negative column on the battery, and then are respectively covered with plastic insulation cover. A cable sleeve (protective tube) is installed at the entrance of the cable access cover assembly so that the cable will not be broken and damaged when the lamp is extracted by hand.
The lock cover body is fastened to the battery cover assembly with the lock cover screw and cannot be opened without special tools.
The cap and cable of the alkaline lamp are the same as that of the KS-8 lamp, only the part number is different.
