The liquid cooling heat dissipation is a mandatory cycle under the drive of the pump to take away the heat of the heat sink. Compared with air cooling, it has the advantages of quietness, cooling stability, and small environmental dependence on the environment. The price of liquid cold is relatively high, and the installation is relatively laborious. When installing the device, try to guide according to the instruction manual to achieve the heat dissipation effect of the equipment. For the convenience of cost and use, water is usually used as a thermal conductivity of liquid cooling and heat dissipation. Semiconductor refrigeration uses a special semiconductor refrigeration tablet to generate temperature difference when power -cooling. Only the heat at the high temperature of the LED light lamp can be effectively announced, and then the low temperature will be continuously cooled. The temperature difference appears on each semiconductor particles, and a cooling plate is formed by connecting dozens of such particles, which forms a temperature difference on the two outer surfaces of the cooling board. Using this temperature difference, wind -cold/water -cooled coordinated cooling can cool the high temperature end and obtain a good heat dissipation effect. Semiconductor refrigeration has the advantages of low refrigeration temperature and high reliability. The temperature of the ice surface can reach less than 10 ° C, but the cost is too high, and the low temperature may cause LED to cast a short circuit. At present, semiconductor refrigeration chip technology is not very mature.
