The advantage of the heat radiation method is that the heat can be released in the case that the case is closed and thin, and the heat cannot be transferred by convection. Some technologists have known about this advantage for a long time, but there is little precedent for taking full advantage of it. However, recently, LED explosion-proof lighting products that use thermal radiation to dissipate heat have increased. Among them, a Japanese lighting equipment company has applied it to various uses from large LED lighting equipment such as projectors to small products such as desk lamps. By using heat radiation to dissipate heat, the heat dissipation efficiency of the projector can be improved, eliminating the need for a cooling fan. Not using a cooling fan reduces the risk of failure (the risk of the fan being paralyzed due to some kind of failure, leading to no heat dissipation), and since there are no multi-finned fins, there is no dust accumulation, saving you the trouble of cleaning. In the manufacture of the table lamp, the ultra-thin design of the housing near the light source was successfully achieved by using heat radiation to dissipate heat. After using ceramic circuit boards, the total cost of heat dissipation components such as circuit boards and heat sinks for mounting LED modules can be reduced. In the future, we plan to use this heat dissipation cost as a selling point to promote.
