1. Electrical components shall comply with relevant national standards. They can withstand the working temperature of the lamp chamber for a long time, provide electrical parameters matching with the light source, and meet the requirements of various explosion-proof lamps of various explosion-proof lamps.

2. The design of wiring cavity structure size shall meet the requirements of specific explosion-proof performance. The wiring shall also be convenient, leaving space for the bending radius of the wire, ensuring that the electrical clearance and creepage distance after correct wiring comply with relevant standards, and the inner wall of the wiring chamber is normal. The inner wall of the metal enclosure may produce sparks, so it shall be coated with anti arc paint. 3. Connectors and terminals:

(1) The connectors, insulating sleeves and junction boxes shall have sufficient mechanical strength to prevent damage during wiring installation. Due to the vibration, heat, thermal expansion and contraction of conductor and insulator, the wiring shall be firm, reliable, loose and not loose.

(2) The power connector shall be designed so that when the stranded wire is connected, if the cable head is pulled from the wire, it will not contact the surrounding metal parts.

(3) The terminal shall take measures to prevent looseness and breakage of the conductor at the root of the terminal. It is not allowed to press the connecting wire directly with the screw head, which may easily damage the terminal.
